OVERVIEW
Experience: This DA Course is very different from what you've experienced with the other Discipline Agile curriculum. It is largely interactive, hands-on, problem solving, coaching, oil in action given a case study. This means that your ability to be online real time is vital. It's not possible to record incredibly dynamic, and it's always based on the participants and their interaction.
Prerequisites: You must be a current DASSM, with three years of agile coaching, and you must attend the full 2-day course.
What to expect: The course will enable better understanding of coaching teams, applying/optimizing DA across the enterprise, and insights into cultural change. It will also strengthen cross-team and enterprise collaboration and insights into leveraging proven practices to enable the acceleration of process improvement.
Phases of the course: The course has two phases, pre-workshop learning/self-study and the 2-day in-class portion.
