Objectives:

▪ To introduce the teams to basic communication theory and open them up to the possibility of powerful, meaningful, concise communications within their work teams, as well as their personal lives.

 

▪ To give individuals the tools to become real with who they are, how what communicate, and what their interaction within teams looks like.

 

▪ To help participants discover their personal style and preferences in communication and conflict management.

 

▪ To give the teams tools and experience in how to bridge their innate style of communication to meet the needs of those with whom they communicate.

 

▪ To give participants tools and experience in recognizing conflicts, acknowledging the conflict and working through the conflict for the good of the team.
